could anyone help me on loading screens. How do you put the bar in the pic exactly in the proper place so that the loading bar will come there. (i hope somebody knows what i mean...

just use a default loading screen as a template..

Get the first one and get it in photoshop or something similar. Then make the put your new one over the top and reduce its opacity. Now you will be able to see through the new one and 'trace' over the old loading bar
