camera view

Sorry if this has already been asked...
but i wonder if someone can help me. so, i downloaded the gp4italia 2005 complete update and there was a cool feature; when you steer to the left or to the right, view would also move left/right, sort of when you use "c" and "v" buttons on your keyboard.
since i don't have strong enough PC to run the update but i like that feature, i wonder can i download it and install just that, not the whole thing, and do i need some other program to run it, lik gpx patch?

GP4Tweaker does this (and GP4italia's mod surely uses the same tool to add this feature).
