GP4 Utilities on Windows Vista

Hi, I just bought a brand new laptop with awesome specifications to run GP4. The notebook came with Windows Vista Business and although GP4 runs perfectly; most of its applications don't (e.g. GP4 Tweaker, Team Editor etc.) Can someone shed some light on this situation? Are new versions of these files avaliable?
