How do I change my view

I have a laptop keyboard and I cannot change my view. I have no keys bound to change the view? How do I set them to so I can change by view? Also, on my driving force pro is there any way I can set a key on my wheel to cycle the view?

Keys to change the views are always arrow keys, del key, End key and page Up/page Down ones.
I don't know concerning your steering wheel.
