ZaZ Tools problem - file already open

hi, i installed gp4 again, i have patch 9.6, zaz tools. I install the mod, everything goes fine and when the tracks are loaded in CSM, this message pops up. Can someone please advise me?

Look like you have another program with some of the MOD file open.

Try to use a new directory to the GP4 and MOD files to test the installation in case a computer boot do not solve the problem.
