Texture Problems (White Cars)

Hello Everyone,
after a long time, I decided me to install Gp4 again. But I have a problem. I downloaded some mods Like the 2000 mod or the 2010 mod. I installed the mods with zaz tools. I also installed the updates for this mods. Zaz Tools show me the mods and evething looks fine. But when a start a race, there is only my texture in driver onboard, the others cars are white. When I choose a other cam like the tv onboard, my car is also white. I tryed to set the texture resolution in the GP4 menu again to high, but nothing changes.
Do you have any ideas how I can fix this ?

Here is the solution

change the following lines values of f1graphics.cfg

1 ; f1graphics.cfg controls all settings (default 0)

0 ; Texture quality : 0 => max 2 => half 4 => qtr 8 => eigth
1 ; Increase car texture quality (1 on, 0 off)

0 ; TV style overlays on track cameras.
