i think they are lees tyres.they are available at www.gp4db.com

Those are Lee's textures. If i'm not mistaking, they're not released yet. Correct me if I'm wrong
I'm not sure who made the rims/tyres.

your right they treads arent released..i sent them to 1 person to test,but i know other people have them because they were taken from my web space storage...the rims can be found over at gp4 world..by the way all files on my web space will be passowrd protected from now on..again such sad actions have to be taken..

well, tyres look fantastic,will it be released?

they are made for the 2001 update so they'll be released with that..
