open it up and it just goes blank. not a pulse. have to do a ctrl,alt,del to get back into windows.

nope, i have a measley internet connection and it would take at least 8 hours to download and its on my business line so i cant really.
its happened before but i have just re-intalled everything. i have also this time but it is still badgered.
