Uninstalling old CSM?

Hi all,
I've been wondering this for a while. When I downloaded the new CSM Beta, the old Carset Manager was still installed on my system. Now, when I try and open a file by double clicking on it, it runs the old Carset Manager rather than CSM.
How could I uninstall it? Registry?
