who knows? maybe he can, but it will be tough

villej, fcarmo, and myself are close to our limits i think.

and the record at magny is 1:10.338 so we are still best part of half a second away!

i've never practiced with a stwheel in gp4 and i have only 2 days to beat that 1:10:338.
i'll get the stwheel tonight, so we'll see.
anyway for now i'm happy to have the top time in kb with 1:11:290

the 1.10.338 is a world record. i will be utterly amazed if you get near that!!

well i am not sure,

my best so far is a 1:10.877

but villej is the fastest but i think he used Steering help, with inccurs an addition of 0.5 secs

so maybe my time is the fastest until villej/fcarmo redo there lap with steering help off.

ok then i have an official time to beat.
anyway i'm not sure that if i make a better lap i can send it.......
my parents haven't paid an old phone bill yet, so the phone company might switch the line off.

i did a

18.2xx and a 44.106 before i lost it at imola chicane, so i reckon if i can repeat it i will try again

this means a possible 1:10:6**

could be yes!

i have found, that the first time you sit at the computer and try to beat your time is the best chance you have!

once you fail and you keep re-trying you get so frustrated.

i might have some sort of problem in this area,

yesterday, when i nearly improved bigtime, i spent from 10pm (bigbrother) all the way to 00.40am trying to improve!!

and to say that i got frustrated when every lap ended in the wall was an understatement! i even got so pissed off i resorted to whacking my head!

This is not my case.
i never get my best lap on the first lap.
i get it after 5-6 laps when i get to the limit.

but sometimes i lose motivation and i start lapping at 1:12:***

thing is i already have my good setup so i can just load it up and lap quick immediately

altho as you will find, it is very hard to lap under 1:11.

so even the slightest mistake penalizes my time so i have to keep restarting.

also, i only fill the car up for 2 laps to get it as light as possible, so if i **** up my hotlap i need to pit and go back out again!

especially as i dont use steering help, it is very easy to crash or lose it thru the fast parts of the circuit!


gianf1onboard - i have checked you laps, and you are still not in FREE PRACTISE, also your lap stops before the finish line so it is illegal

you have to only run in free practise, see the rules on the website

and i've just vieved my lap and it stops exactly after the finish line after making the 1:11:290 so it has nothing illegal

you have to have it so there are NO other cars on the circuit! not in a GP weekend!
