'96, '97, '98 carsets

I was going through all the carsets that i have and i realised that you guys that have made carsets and mods over the years have done an unbelivable job, I thank you all for your work, you've turned what was a very boring game visually into a work of art. Well done.
I also noticed that you've almost linked every season from 1994 to 2006. The missing links are 1996, 1997, and 1998 and i was wondering if any of these projects are in the works?
I've been away from the game for a while and thought maybe i might of missed them.
Oh!, and i was also wondering if there are any tracks to go with these carsets out there i might be missing.
