Damage editor for driver?

Now there's something that would be different.

We obviously can have damage to the car, but how about the driver?

You can attack to your hearts content in a championship season with the knowledge that if you demolish the car in an accident, you can pick yourself up for the next race.

However if you knew there was a possibility you could sustain an injury that would put you out for the next race, would you attempt that suicidial "Takagi" move?

An editor that would work out from the severity of your accident whether you sustained a broken leg, arm, eyelash, foot, sphincter, finger, head, penis etc etc. , then determined how long you would miss the season for.
