Why do they run out of fuel?

Could somebody please explain the reasons why my CC cars are running out of fuel. It doesn't happen on all tracks but I have contested four races this year and three of them have been affected with some CC's running out of fuel.

Here is my performance file. I am running it through GPx Patch V3.40
