White car

I download BMW-Sabuber car, and i installed. The car texture is white, but the other car(2006) is good. Waht is the problem?

your texture detail in graphics config needs to be set to its maximum i think, it usually works for me.

alternatively in yours car.wad you may not have deleted the old car entirely, i.e. missed a lod or texture file.

In your download for the bmw-sauber does it have sauber06_1.tex and hi_sauber06_1.tex if you are missing one make copys of the other one and add them into your cars.wad

Ive had to do this for a couple of cars!

just add some blue to the white, and you're fine!

Did you rename any files? DO NOT RENAME TEXTURE (.TEX) FILES, ONLY CARSHAPE FILES (.GP4)! If you renamed textures, then the game doesn't find them anymore and you have to reinstall that Sauber and some other car as well. Look at also this thread: [www.grandprixgames.org].
