Can someone please write how to resize textures, step by step? Ive been trying but not able to resise any, so please help guys... Thanks in advance.

Download texresizer, unrar it, start it, load tex-files from your gp4 folder, choose the size you want to resize the tex to, and click "resize" (or the button with some like the same text), then save it et voila.

I cant see resize button, is it maybe downsample button?

I resize and save, but the tex file size doesn't change. I mean it's 1361 kb, and it's still 1361kb after resizing. why?

Because you've only told the tex that it's 512x512 (or whatever size), not actually physically removed the extra pixels. That has to be done with Photoshop / PSP / Gimp or whatever. Then you can convert it back to .tex and it will be resized accordingly

So if TE doesn't actually resize it then, what's the point of having the option of changing the pixels in the program?
