RAIN - low performace

Dear all,
I had to post again, because Vader removed my previous post. He was not right removing it. Anyway, I have problem with the performance of GP4 when it rains. I have two copies of GP4, but one runs very fine, so it looks like not the hardware problem.

What settings (.ini?) or files (tex?) I should check or change to inrcease the perfomance? Where the settings are stored for the rain?
