Strange texture problem in CSM Mods

I have installed the CSM Mods GP2 Series 2011 and a 1999 F1 Mod. Graphic settings high, use lod0 for cars & wheels - yes.
When I start a race, all cars are still white. When I do a graphic test in graphic settings, all cars have the right textures.
What's wrong?

Using the 2019 F1 Mod whitout this problem.
