Hi-Resolution Track Updates

Ive tried downloading the updates by caelen palmer but as usual, this 'great' site doesnt work. where can i get these and any other hi res updates? (this is all caused by a clear out of my gp4 files, as a result ive lost the tyres/rims and tracks... and still finding more)

oh, and before any suggests GP4Italia, the download limit has been reached for now, so im looking at some other sites if there is any?
