Graphics Problem

hi all, i'm having a weird and awfull problem, the back of the helmets are kind flashing.... see the pictures bellow



the back of the helmet is alternating during the race, like pics above... and it ruins the fun of the game
what might be the problem? thks

it seems to be happening at the join of the 2 tex files used to make 1 helmet livery.

maybe there is a shape lod problem?

its a downsampling problem - if you use the same size with all the downsamples - the problem should go away - i had a similar problem with my klien helmet last year - although i never bothered fixing it

sometimes when you have the tcam in certain positions you get helmet flashing. try moving the tcam.
