easiest way to make a car for gp4:

1-learn some 3d modelling skills (3d max or Zmodeler)
2-make the car.

easy eh?

(could take between a couple of weeks and a lifetime so be prepared)

easiest way to paint a car.
take an original (so as to not hurt anyones toes).
use photoshop, and leave the original textures on the bg layer and creat yours on top.
have the car.gp4 loaded in Zmodeler and save the tga regurly and ctrl-R in zmodeler to see what it looks like.

I think the best way is too paint some paints like advertisements or cards first. :D
Then you will know how to use tools like Photoshop in correct ways.
