FFB on Controller B

Well, i cant seem to get my wheel recognized as controller A (since moving the joystick to the main USB area) and moving it back isnt really what i want to do, so,
How can i...
a) get my wheel as controller a
B) set up GP4 to send FFB to controller B
The Flanker is gone.
