Grand Prix 4 and NVidia GeForce 5600

Unfortunately, Grand Prix 4 AND Grand Prix 3 don't work on my desktop PC. I suspect, that newer driver versions (mine: 81.95 with latest version of Windows directx 9.0, all together working with Windows XP SP2) don't support the game anymore.

Is there any software update or patch to solve the problem and run again that great games?

i am using sp2 and the newest drivers from nvidia and it still works

What could be the reason in my pc - MacAfee software (AntiVirus, Firewall)?
or what else?

I can remember that the game WORKED, but suddenly there was only the entrance picture and black monitor, before the system came back...

Try an older driver version from the Nvidia website. The newest ones arent designed to be optimised for your FX5600.
