Just download a mod / track and read the readme and it will give you full instructions :)

You can edit/change as much as you can with gp3, and not as easily either, the trade off will be better quality gaming, so dnot expect to be all the stuff you used to do with GP3 immediatly. But there are some great people with excellent skills working on brand new ways to mod the game! :)
