Genius Speed Wheel problem...

Guys, I'm having a strange problem with my stering wheel. When i'm playing GP4 for exemple (also happens with rFactor) the stering wheel sundenly stop working. Not just the Force Feed back or the pedals... everything. Then I disconect and conect the SW at the USB port and it get normal again... I don't even need to exit the game, I just have to conect and disconect the SW at the USB port.
Does anyone know what might be?
