I don't know if this has been asked before,so i'm just going to ask it.
Does anyone know of a program on the net that we can download and use to paint and convert to the proper TGA or TEX files so they can be installed with ether Carset Creator or Gp4 Master other than Paint Shop Pro 7.
The reason i'm asking is because i just ran out of my 30 days try and buy period and tryed to buy it and found that to do that my kids would have to go hungry for a month and hospitals don't except organs unless you are dead.
So if anyone can help, you'll be an instant legend in my book.

But you are new to this NEW forum (at least your log-in is). You have only done 2 posts so far, both of which are in this thread. You are new, so don't argue.

but he asked free programs. Photoshop isn't free program, as I know it is very expensive. Ofcourse you can download it from internet but if you download it you are a "warez man".

then police comes to your home and will shoot you. (just joking);)
