C23 its white

i have a big problem , i want the Sauber C23 from Viper to install in the Arrows Slot. the shape its o.k but the texture its white

why ???

Did you rename the textures? If so, You shouldn't have.
If not have you got 3 versions of the textures (lo_,no prefix, and hi_)?

i have the texture rename sauber1.tex to arrows1.tex

No, don't do that. The only files you have to rename are the lods. Rename the lods to arrows BUT don't change the tex files. The reason for this is because the lod files look for the tex files and if you rename the tex files the lods have no idea what to look at.
