CSM Not loading mods properly

ok so today I decided to load some mods onto gp4 using CSM, as I always do, but this time, I notice it's only updating the cars wad and talking to TSM , while it should swap teamarts, update damage levels etc. seemed a bit strange to me, i go to test in the graphics section, and everything is completely vanilla except for the track and then i go to the drivers, no changes made. Tracks were loaded
I would like that if anybody has any ways to solve this problem to tell them to me

You mean the cars.wad is not updated?
