Can anyone give the 2004,2005 real pit stop data(Made by Pit&Lap editor) and real failure data(Made by Failure editor) to me?

I don't have access to my pwn pc now so don't wonder if my question is completely wrong.
If this file can be opened with notepad (or perhaps it's an .ini file) couldn't you post the data?
