Can u get real f1 car sounds for grand prix 4?

Nope, because of the way the game handles sounds. It manipulates the sounds in wierd ways so its not possible at the moment.

There are some soundsets tho that make the game sound better

Using X-aser Lanfire case with 5 fans inside cathodelights etc included aswell :P
