some editors wont work...

like GP Master, Team Editor, Team Patcher, Carset creator 4 beta...wont work

sometimes they say "error", "unknown version", "invalid version"...

but i have decrypted version 1.02...

dunno what to do...

any help?

ok I now realized that some editors wont work with decrypted patched version...

can someone give some advice what that GP4 Util Patcher does?

I dont to blow all my hard work now, when I put some new cars in game...

I want to change team names, driver names and that graphichs for new teams (grid cars, logos etc)...

how can I exactly change that with GPIbrowser(graphics), all it says its self explainatory no detailed instructions for changing f.e. driver photos? must I do it all manual changing picture by picture or there is some quicker way?

2) how can I change team names if I cant use Carset creator?any other way?

First, I do believe you didn't applied GP4 patch correctly, else TEamEditor would work.
So you should remove your whole GP4 installation (an yes you will have to reinstall your cars I think) and try to install it again following the steps I wrote in my GP4 guide.

1)GpiBrowser can save all images at once but you will need to import new ones one by one.
2)TeamEditor can change these data when your GP4 will be reinstalled correctly.

sorry mate still doesnt work...

now i really donnt know what to do...


this is what i did:

1)new install
2)official patch applied
3)decrypted no-cd v1.02 apllied

still loads of new editors wont work (Carset, teameditor,GP master...)

then I did it all once again except in step 3) I apllied decrypt.no-cd. ves 1,00

then I managed to run Carset but still no team editor...but also I dont wanna run GP4 on that version cause keeps crashing to desktop...

any clues? Im clueless, read your newbie guide for 100 times, still no answer to me...what da heck Im doing wrong? :/

to my knowledge, carset creator wasnt programmed to wrok with the patch. and carset creator is rubbish anyway, so dont use it

GP4 Master won´t work with decrypted v1.02, if u want to use that tool try v1.00 without official patch... ro try wadupdater...

OK tnx on help, but carset had preety nice system of swaping in-game graphics...

I have other question:

I want to have that car default car overview(on your right side when you drive t-cam) but dont wanna that old default throttle screen as I downloaded this years version...is it possible?

can I download somewhere that car overview (I can see what has broken on my car) that can be applied with Gpx tool?
