Code on Screen

For some reason the top 1/4 of my screen is being filled with code from the game (looks like GPx code to me). How do I get to go away?

press the number 0

if you press number 2 it appears

it appears if you press number 9 and changes when u press 9 again, then dissapears if u press 0
