I'm trying to get the Quomobile into GP4 (see GPG mod thread for details) but I'm getting error messages with both GP4Master and csc4. Summat to do with invalid tex and a magic ID. Can anybody help?

i think it does that when the tgas are slightly the wrong size, (like 1024x1023) or something

make sure you use tex resizer or go off a similar size tex qto begin with.

I've checked the tga size, they're 1024*1024. How do I get them into texs? (tried the load tga option in GP4Master, without success)

maybe your .tgas are the wrong format
must be 32 bit, 24 bit plus 8 bit alpha
