I havn't played F12002 for some time now. But I noticed someone had made an update of monaco with the 2003 changes included, so i did a reinstall of the game updated with RH's season 2002 etc and installed the new track files for Monaco. Not bad and rather quick work too. Of course the F12002 graphics are not so pretty or realistic as GP4's but the editability is what we need here too.

A drive around Austria and Monaco in F12002 again reminded me of it's good sides. That feeling of being in such a car the bumps and the shakes both visually and in the FF. If we had that in GP4 ..and some better programmining with better editability, GP4 would be close to perfect....for a while. ;)

uh huh... c my post on Paul Ricard for the same reason really. It would be great to have a track editor...how long can we pretend that the swimming pool is still that tite or that you cant use ALL of the tarmac at the 1st corner of A1 Ring?
We need track editor!!
As for f1 2002 i only use it for GTR i havent played the stock game eva!!!!
IV only got it fot GTR and the RH update!

Time for a Jacques Attack!!

Yes. This is what keeps games like these alive. Editability is very important.
BTW I only play F12002 with RH's updates. They are the best part.

Can you tell me where to download any updates for GP4 like carshapes tracks and anything else. Gp4 seems to have a lot more downloads than f12002 or I don't know where to look. I know the sites gpx.it, m4driving.sm, emacf1.com. What else is there?

Cheers
JPM
