Enzojz's '03 Toyota came with a cockpit tex file. I doubt it'd be that different for '04. Either download the '03 car from Enzojz's site [sinof1.net] or PM me your email address and I can email the actual tex file to people.

I think the question has confused some people. Do you mean the actual cockpit, or the steering wheel?... cause i've seen loads of cockpits!

download the generic cockpit shape from gpitalia shows a williams and it has all the 2004 cockpits :)
