Is it possible to make a function in gp4 : ghost car

For exemple : put 2 hotlaps on 1 track : and look where a drivers looses time:-)

If this works, it would be great!!!

That's a rather arcad-ish feature for a simulation.

yes, but just to compare with other drivers, to know exactly where I or they are loosing time ;-)

I think it is a pretty cool feature for self-improvement, trying to squeeze out the last thousands of secs out of your lap. Wouldn't call it arcadeish either, Gran Tourismo on PS2 has this too and that's hardly an arcade game...
Just my 2 cents ;)

It is arcardish since you don't get it in real life.

I think its great to have every possibility realised - because whether every single racer would use it or not, somebody will, and if it makes the game more enjoyable for them, its all good. Personally I'd love to see it, maybe integrated into the quicklaps feature....

well the drivers dont, but in the rally on itv they sometimes superimpose the two cars in the same shot and sometimes create a computer simulation, looks quite nice actually

They've done that for the V8's in Australia as well. It was really interesting to see the different lines that drivers took into whatever corner they had it set up on (I think it was around Skyline at Bathurst). Marvellous stuff.
