OFF-TOPIC: Ruben, on GP4 is it possible to make a carset (MOD) using different cars (models) from all 22 drivers? Or each team needs to be the same car?
And about layout? Is it possible to put different liveries at the same team?

On a selfish level, I hope we don't get rid of the test drivers

I personally think it would cause even more open slots. As those 10 drivers would lose any will to rejoin, and once the historic guys all retire due to their issues (you never know), there won't be anyone else to fill up the empty seats.

If the series is struggling now for drivers (which it is/isn't depending on how you look at it!), axing the test driver series would in my opinion create more trouble. Team owners currently cant be race drivers, so they effectively become dormant, useless ex-drivers. By having the test drivers series, team owners at least get to keep their perf's up and running, for when the time may come they want to seek a race seat.....
And to then say to the non team owner test drivers, 'sorry no seats available', where is that interest or opportunity going to come, to keep anyone other than the current 22 race drivers interested.......

Really sad to see Team Shadow go! They have always been the benchmark for every team to measure themselves against. I understand your reasoning Tom, but I hope you decide to stay on as a driver.
