Mega Patch2003 Question

I have a question to all how have downloaded the new mega patch 2003 becuase i have a problem with it i have started a season im going to start the Monaco GP race and i have downloaded the new MInardi car with the new trust sponsor and the latest helments shaps i have inserted this in cars.wad with GPmaster but when i start the game loadning the savde file the new stuff is no there, has anybody has this problem and how do i fix it must i unstall megapatch ?????? or what

I had this problem with my existing cars.wad. Imported the new minardi textures (changed them to prost first - i'm using the prost slot for minardi), but nothing was visible. Maybe I shouldn't have chaged them to prost?
