Burke Lakefront Airport *released*

I think I had a problem with AI drivers having lots of troubles around the track, like driving off the line and so on, and also they were unable to move if they got spinned (original game, no mods). Is this fixed with this version?

Great question. At least, while testing this new version, I did not have these old problems after five 100% races. Nevertheless I cannot guarantee that it's solved.
