last time we had a hotlap compo on the forum we had a very good battle between ppl. so i was wondering if we cld start another one?

i propose these gp4 requirments :

right.... I got 1.15.5xx.... but how can we prove that we really have done these laps????

I piss easily got 1:15.9 on a keyboard last night....how the hell are people only making 1:25's?!?!

i can manage a 1:18 on keyboard at best. it would seem to be impossible with the keys to go any faster!!!

are lap times affected by cpu power? does your computer make a difference (PO and all of that)



To be a legend, first you have to learn to drive

Of course yes. If you experience slow down then you're lap's going to be slower, but my PO only reaches about 130 absolute maximum running a P4 2ghz so it doesnt slow down.

I had a few major slides in the lap, and locked the wheels at almost every turn But I reckon if I sat down for half an hour I could get into the 1:14's with a keyboard...

i got a 1:15.507 laptime.

i picked up a bit of understeer towards end of lap and in the penultimate corner in ran a bit wide.

so with a clean lap i reckon i could manage a 15 flat. but that would be a mega lap.

and chrisb - bullshite you got a 14. no way.

ps: sorry to sound so aggressive - i am known to be like that for some reason when i am not really )
