A Bit of HELP please?? Gp4 Not working! trying not to panic!

Hi, yeah, ive been out of gp4 world for a while now due to uni work.

you can imagine my shock when i click on gp4 and the screen turns black. ARRGGHH!

I have un-installed, deleted, and re-installed many times now and the screen stills just goes blank!


HELP YOUR FELLOW MAN I BEG YOU!

I need Gp4! i cant bear any more F1-Challenge!!!!

What is the last change to GP4 that you may known?
It could be anything. From hardware replacements to someone that messing your hard disk's contents.

In reality, doesn't matter who's right but most important is who's left.

the last thing i did i think was insert a new game_snd.bnk.

i shall put the original back and have a go

gonna keep plugging away at it, its happened before but has been remedied with a re-installation.

when your screen remain black? you cannot see the starting videos too?
may be some issues at your video drivers, try reinstalling them.

i uninstalled the game and totally deleted the directory and started from scratch.

and...........


WERE IN BUSINESS!

averted a nervous breakdown there! phew!
