problem starting Gp4

I am having a problem with GP4.

I have a P4 1.6Ghz,256 DDr RAM, and inbuilt S3 Savage 32 MB graphics,Win XP professional.

I install GP4.I added the GP4 patch and started the game.The game starts and i try to recalibrate the graphics and it just quits to desktop.

I try any race or anything within the menus it is good but when it goes to loading, it loads and just quits to desktop with a flicker.
