SOUND PROBLEM - BIG!!

I have AMD Athaon 1800+, g-force 440mmx 64ddr, 256ddr 333, ASUS MB with SB
and big problem!!!!

when my PO is lowe then 115 sound sqeeks, and sounds like ther is no acceleration on it, but when PO gets 120 and above sounds great so what can i do?
