SORTED.................
Rather than using the Hex editor (which I couldn't find anyway!), all I did was open the performance file I was using (with wordpad or whatever) and "swapped" round the Toyota and Minardi team stats. Easy. Now the Minardi's trundle round hoping to finish and Toyota is challenging for mid places. Superb!!!!!

But after using a hex editor to change the slot (minardi to prost) dont forget to use madman`s tweaker to get correct helmet/ arms and steering wheel positions.
