Steering wheel and driver position

I've updated my cars.wad to the new 2003 season. I also modified
the gp4.exe using the liveryeditor 1.1 (http://realgpx.free.fr/index.eng.php)
All teampositions are now in the correct order, but I've noticed 1 big error.

It seems that the position of the steeringwheel and the position of the driver in the car are for some teams incorrect (the steeringwheel and the helmet dissapears into the car) when viewing from the t-cam/external view.

Is it possible to modify the position? Is there a tool to do this?
