Would this help?

I got my GP4 about a month ago and I love it!=)
Only thing, I hate computer now...
My computer is a AMD Athlon 499, 256mb, 80gb hardisk, 3Dfx Voodoo 3 and some bad Creative Labs SoundBlaster something.
It´s soon christmas and surprice surpice, I´m gonna ask money!=)
I was thinking that I would buy a new "display adapter"don´t remember the name), max budjet 100 euros and 256mb of memory.
I´m gonna get also AMD DURON 700mhz and Abit KT 7 motherboard.
My real question is:

1. What display adapter would be good?( MAX BUDJET 100euros!!!)
2. Will this help much?
3. When will the CSC4 work with the patch???

1) For a budget GeForce2MX is great
2) it should help from a voodoo 3
3) duno yet, Jon has to finish it :P

Besides, I get the Amd Duron 700mhz for free from my teacher, so i do not wanna invest into a prosessor.=)
