what drivers?

I have just bought a geforce4 ti4200 and when i play grand prix 4
it keeps freezing, my system 1.4ghz athalon , 512mb ram, win98.
All my other games work, it just gp4 that won't work. So i wanted to know
what drivers to use?

I have gf4 4200ti 128mb, and I use the Nvidia drivers.

i think he wants to know driver numbers, considering there is hundreads of Detonator drivers from nVidia

yeah, i have tried 29.42 but they did not help, so now i'm downloading
30.82 and if they don't work i'm gonna try the one Ellis said

They were linked a day or so ago. I still havent had time to try them out so I cant comment on the performance.

I use 40.41 with my Leadtek GeForce 4 Ti 4200 128mb which are stable and quick.

nVIDIA beta drivers are fine. I, and many others use them all the time and you'd never know.

If you check the official nvidia site, you'll find that the 41.09 drivers are not betas!
