Problems with Carset Creator

I am having this problem:

When I load carset, it write carset load sucesfull or something like that, but there is no carset, the button line in which are import and export butons is grey. I can click only on File, Languages and About.

I am using: winXP Pro, original GP4 with no patch and
Carset Creator beta 4.

load csc4, decompile the wads, set the gp4 path, then load the carset
