blank chassis when installing cars

How come, when I install new cars in the cars.wad file,
I get a white car with no graphics on it???

It has happened before but this time I cannot solve it.
The shape is correct, only the graphics won't load.

(It's from the new 1994 Williams car)

I extracted all teh file into the cars.wad.
