im confused!

before someone asks I was one of the people who e-mailed him (i've pre-ordered the game so i've already paid for it anyway) I've got the day off tomorrow so i'll just be bored waiting for GP4
Its no problem CDN, I just thought i'd give it a try.
I'll probably get slated for this by some people but as i've already bought the game i'd have no problem with using a warez version for a few days.

I find nothing wrong of trying warez before buying a game. I do it cause I've been screwed by games before where there is no demo before it's out so I buy it on screenshots and articles. Well, I'm tried of dishing out 70$ CDN for a game to resell it a month later for 40$. I d/l it, try it. If I like it, I go out and buy it, if not, I trash the CD.

Matthew, I dind't mention any names here because I didn't want the whole world know who asked me, all I wanted to say is how I got it and if you wanted it to read up on how newsgroups work.

The best program for a Newsgroup Reader is AGENT.

PS: One bug we have found is that on a V5 5500, AMD 1.2, 256 RAM, DX 8.1, SB live. The mirrors don't work. They are a rainbow of colours in there and no setting changes this.

CDN_Merlin, for once we agree on a subject. Here in Germany you can even get PC games at video stores. Renting them to try out how good the game is, is basically the same then d/l the warez version - as long as you either trash the copy or buy the original game, no matter if it's warez or video store stuff.

When you see a "header" in Agent, you hit the A key to d/l the file. Most files have 300,000 lines to it so you would see that number next to the header info.

Make sure you set the folder for it to d/l the files in.
