The thing is, it's a law. Messing with the results is fraud and in Brazil there's a law against it. Just like Lewis had a nominal fine in Australia, anyone can get into trouble in Brazil if something happens. Reminds me of when I saw a documentary on Jim Clark and how the Italian justice system was basically threatening to get him in jail if he set foot there.
