Well I suppose if he does not win he will just blame the team support, not the fact he spun away the lead.

Yeah Mark, RedBull are favouring Seb. That's why his engine blew in Korea and your car was working fine till you threw it at the wall.

MTV3 says that according to BBC there is s strong rumour going on at the paddock of interlagos that Mark Webber will leave Red Bull after this season despitate if he wins the title or not. but he has a contract with Red Bull so he can't go to drive with another team so he will retire....if true it could mean Kimi to Red Bull after all if he wants to comeback (unlikely)

Interesting, though I find it very unlikely Red Bull would look for Kimi. Kimi's time is long gone. Now if he does ever return, I see him at least racing better than Jacques Villeneuve.

What the BBC actually said was that if Webber did leave Red Bull, then he wouldn't join another team, rather than couldn't.

I'd imagine if there are tensions inside Red Bull (and unless Webber was just being cheeky yesterday, that seems rather obvious), then both sides would happily cancel that contract.

Bit of a petulant move from Michael at the end there - looks like he was expecting Alguersuari to let him wheel around the outside, and then a very blatant chop and brake test for his troubles.

Johnny Herbert is the driver steward this weekend, and not really a big fan to begin with. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up with a grid penalty.

I mentioned this at work today, to my Aussie manager. He suggested that Mark should take a word out of Chopper Reid's book and 'harden the f*** up'*.

He just seems to be turning into a bit of a Nigel, what with the decent speed and tendency to moan...

session ended, so i don't see under what rule he could get a penalty.

we all know Michael is an ididot when racing, but Algersuari is an Iidiot all the time... he had spun 2 corners before, the session ended, and he was still racing Michael

+1 :D I'm sorry but Yamamoto isn't good enough to stay in F1.

Also I'm surprised that altering the result is a crime punishable by law.

but altering the result is not "team orders"... altering the result would be there's deinite proof that Massa won and Alonso finished second, but somehow, FIA or Ferrari switch that result.... if Massa moves 1 mt before the finish line to let Alonso pass on the last lap, i really doubt he spend a minute in jail.......

and lol at the judge saying he would arrest Massa if that happens, he doesn't have the authority as it first needs to have a formal complaint, and nothing guarantees that he'll have the case... according to civil law of course

If Webber left Red Bull, they'd go for one of their 'home-grown' drivers. So that probably means that either Alguersuari or Buemi would go there and Ricciardo would probably make the move up to Toro Rosso. Unless, of course, the management felt the Toro Rosso pair weren't good enough (which I would agree with, neither have been overwhelming) and fast-tracked a driver.

The session wasn't over when it happened, but that doesn't matter. The rules govern what happens on track, not what happens during specific times. If we say the session had ended and therefore no penalty, then you can't have rules which govern park ferme regulations, or how a driver should proceed on the slowing down lap after a GP.

Don't know what Schumacher expected. Did he want Alg to simply disappear? He had also begun a new lap, why should he move?

The session hadn't ended for either driver because they were still on their final lap. The rule in question is the same rule that earned Michael a grid penalty in Hungary a few years back. Wasn't that also against a Toro Rosso?

The thing is, it's a law. Messing with the results is fraud and in Brazil there's a law against it. Just like Lewis had a nominal fine in Australia, anyone can get into trouble in Brazil if something happens. Reminds me of when I saw a documentary on Jim Clark and how the Italian justice system was basically threatening to get him in jail if he set foot there.

How can you mess with a result that doesn't exist?

Not that it matters, it's completely retarded and if it is done then say goodbye to the Brazilian GP when every team tells them to GTFO.

It was totally uncalled for - the swooping move round the outside of Jaime and moving onto the racing line on the apex I can just about understand if he felt annoyed with him, but brake-testing him as well was just bloody stupid.
He's really driven like a twat at times this year.

Exactly. You can also call it whatever you want, but the fact of the matter is, it's not even their jurisdiction, it's the FIAs. Completely bollocks, but hilarious...until people start taking it seriously.

It's not FIA's jurisdiction as the FIA doesn't really have their own country/territory. It is indeed silly by the promoter, though.
